Consent is required
A credit check may only be booked after the applicant has clearly agreed to it. By booking, you confirm you have that consent. We record the time, IP address and device of each confirmation.
Wallet and refunds
Each report is paid from your prepaid wallet. If the bureau cannot return a report, the full price is refunded to your wallet automatically. Recharges are credited after an admin verifies your UPI payment reference.
Your data
PAN numbers are masked in lists. Report contents are deleted after the retention period set by the admin; wallet history is kept. Accounts are created and managed only by admins.
